Most charity in the world – really? in a country where nobody pays taxes? where minorities are wajib-ul-qatl? where muslims kill muslims?
One thing I will say for Pakistanis – over the decades they have disciplined themselves to have the most positive self image of themselves and Pakistan.
Nothing is negative, Everything about Pakistan and Pakistanis has been given a veneer of positivity, goodness and purity over the years by the simple trick of looking across at India. Everything that is bad in Pakistan was present in larger portions in India. That gave cause to thank Allah and proof that Pakistan was so much better. Being Muslim and being Pakistani was a blessing. Why? Just look at India.
This too is basically self deception and denial. But who cares? Trying to explain this to Pakistanis in 2011 will cause anger and perhaps violence. The wealthy in Pakistan do not want violence, so the lies must continue as long as possible. People who figure out the truth need to be suppressed.
Ultimately the only people in Pakistan who can bend the system are the people with guns. The philosophy of doing something peacefully and non violently is a cowardly Indian tactic. See how bad India is next door. Remember how the bania Gandhi tricked Muslims? Never forget “Hans ke liye Pakistan. Lar ke lenge Hindustan”. Martial prowess and fighting are the defining credo of Pakistan no? Unlike the cowardly Indian next door or even the fish eating Banglas further out.

Seems like Shiv held up the truth mirror that Basanti couldn’t handle. When one has to resort to expletives instead of a rational response shows a shallowness of intellect or cognitive dissonance.
The cartoon with the guy riding a missile reminds me of the empty threats of some editor in Pak (Nazir?), who fancied himself to be strapped on to a nuclear tipped missile headed towards India and crashing and spreading mayhem and murder, but instead finds it headed towards his own innocent citizens! LOL!
I wish the US bombs all these rag head Pakis for their perfidy and treachery with B2s.

LOL! This is a real classic! The anger of cognitive dissonance. When what you see is in conflict with what you have been taught to believe – you realize you “have been had”. And you get mad. Defines “Pakistani” in a nutshell. In a nut anyway.
On the internet you curse. But in Pakistan, if you have a gun, you shoot. This is precisely how Qadri reacted to Salman Taseer.
Basanti (that too faking a hindu name) is merely talking out what his/her religion and the arabs have taught him/her as the highest intellectual and cultural pursuit.
Such outbursts by muslims are quite frequent on all blogs and discussions. The filthiest-helpless (such a language is a sign of a saddening helpless-ness under a fascist ideology) language comes from the muslims, esp. pakistani muslims.

In the cartoon where an hon-nest to goods milkman is solemnly adding water to milk-in-larger-jar, more real would be , well – - – his adding milk to water.. the water pot should be ten times larger, for example!!
