I second Qasim Rashid. Qadri speaks for “freedom of all voices” minus the Ahmadiyya which he not only vehemently opposes but demands a shut down to. He was one of the Ulema advocating death for all Ahmadis in Pakistan in the 1980s. He can score as many borwnie points as he wants, the real test would be recanting from his violent stance against the Ahmadis.
I guess the events of the last two decades have kind of forced numerous molvi sahibs – including Qadri ji and late Mufti Naeem – to realize their errors. They have bitten by the same mindset which they nurtured in the 1970s and 1980s.

Islam is the reason why the likes of Mumtaz Qadri (the killer of Salman Tasseer) exist. Tasseer himself was a man of hateful mentality towards hindus. That too was a result of islam.
Don’t put blame on the zombies of the ideology – they are merely doing what is taught to them or instigated into them in the name of an alien imported arab god.
Allama Tahir Qadri, mashawLAW… has emerged as a great man and a proper Muslim since his Jhang days when he was vainly proseccuted for buggering and the case was dismissed by my good friend/legal scholar Pir Abdul Rashid, a brilliant lawyer ( Law Office , near Chauburji, which is since also famous for Khan Babba Ka Hotlll where you can purchade the best bhunna dunmba gossht for Rs 800 a plate; last time I ate there .. I ordered a plate, it was twice its current content and size, cost Rs 150/- about 18 years ago, I wrote to Khan Baba it is too expensive and he has had his last visit from me.. I think that was the happening of nearly two decades ago for which he deserves a Blue Plaque outside his restaurant.).
Here I must narrate a story, terrible storytellewr that I am, but my memory of events past is getting bewitchingly sharper:
WHEN I RETURNED TO MY MOTHERLAND during the late Eighties, several goods=-guys (its not good guys) filed FIRs and other cases against me accusing me of murder and other naughty things (beyond nmy imagination and sans my ever visiting their abodes or other bodies) .. I was new, one bastard hired Mohtrim Pir Abdul Rashid Sahib, Adviocate Suporeme Court and paid him Rs 10000.00 that should get Jafree’s bail before arrest cancelled sothat that Filthy-Dude could profitably entertain me with a fake Police Muqabla in Multan where DIG had been (Filthy-Dude’s) former student in Quetta….
Pir Abdul Rasheed is a well known and well-revered peer sahib, he lies down in an open grave (somewhere along Raiwind Road viccinity) every Thursday, and elite of town and some of its prettiest girls then tell their worries, narrate their grievances and ask for expediting redressal prayers (Reminder: there is no direct dialling, and direct dialling can be delayed Appropriately.. and the mureeds/disciples pay their homage…
Next Thursday , the worthy Pir Sahib , in full mufti asnd regalia, entered the open grave and stretched himself AND STARTED HIS holy wazeefa recitation, … this is how the Pir Sahib narrated it the next day to me ..’. “Suddenly, a loud Voice called ought to me from the Beyond : Dont try to cause any hardship or harm to Syyed Mohummed Jawaid Iqbal Jafree, just remembeer that he is The Qutb of these times!!”.
Pir Sahib, in surprized-wonderment got up! Later threw Rs 10000 at the (hurting) face of his client and asked him to get lost (the client died loosing all senity and in great pain while rabidly-abusing his loyal second wife, Samina Bibi).. No fake namews are being utiliZZZZed.
That brings to my mind … my once upon a time casually reminding and asking (which is not ‘blaming’) Raza RUMI if Salma Mahmood knows/ recalls that her husband was shunted out of Income Tax Service for his rabid corruption et cetera… Raza Bhai responded that she ought not be blamed for the crimes of her wicKKKed husband I am a bleeding heart simpleton so i agree wholesomely. I will be happier if Salma would edit (for a thank-you note and a handshake!!) a padadigm shifting new book of essays: “AGAINST IQBAL GEOFFREY: The Quick Brown Fox Jumped Over the Lazy gods.
NOW … here is the litmus test, false in one false in all … if LLB Gold Medalist and Former First Class Magistrate of Jhang Pir Abdrl Rashid Saheb and London (not Lahore) SE scholar Raza Rumi, Esquire deny the above two docudramatic narrations, then many of my nemeses who perenially painstakingly bleed and propogate/d that I never attended/studied at Harvard … win!
Mea Culpa, sil vous plais. You can thwn also spread the trivia that Jafree was not born in (since Exalted) Chiniot but in LawLawMos~!! That he did not study his English in a ‘Taught School’ in Kamoki Maandi Primary School, and not lost that accent yet.
Remember, an artist does what you did not exoect from art. Artist-logue dont fake but make future. Que Sera Sera is not their testament or testical or lodestar.
Dr Allama Qadri’s compulsion for such an utterance must be investigated first before believing. He is a known radical. I am certain that Mumtaz Qadri will be freed or not given a death sentence by any judge. All such judges will be eliminated by these ferocious Islamists. Another retired CJ of Punjab HC is defending him.

Pakistan (situated on land snatched from hindus after exterminating hindus) has become the stronghold, citadel, training ground and den of fascism, violence, terror, madness, irrationality and mental slavery in the name of an arab god and under a 7th century arab fascist backward-oriented scruple-less ideology. The Qadris of all types are just the tip of the evil. Worse is yet to come. Bloodshed in the name of this arab god will increase beyond all limits soon. It will spead all over the world in 2012 AD. The decent and the innocent will be killed first, then the guilty will massacre each other even more ruthlessly. The entire nation of Pakistan is some how sunk in this guilt through 64 years of deceit and self-deceit, in spite of all warnings and pleadings.
Such a truth is not liked in Pakistan.

Tahir ul qadri is so called shaykhul islam, so his words are not surety that he is speaking truth and Islam is not bound to his words. Mumtaz Qadri did great act that should be appreciated. Hazrat Umar RA also did so and Muhammad SAW appreciated his act.
