Mehdi Hasan died today. There are no words to capture his influence on my generation and the ones before me. I hope Mehdi Hasan does not end up in (arab) allah’s paradise. It is full of terrorists, suicide killers and fascists who hate music.
Mehdi Hasan never called himself an arab, did he? Did he claim to have arab blood in his veins?
