VIOLENT PROTESTS TO HONOR THE PROPHET OF PEACE (PBUH)

Since the beginning of time, mankind has always seen a struggle between Truth and Falsehood, and between Light and Darkness. However, as it is the Way of the Almighty Allah, Truth and Light always triumph. It has been the nature of certain people, that being arrogant, they challenge the Prophets of Allah in order to gain cheap fame. However, they always meet failure and humiliation. Many such people have adopted a brazen attitude towards the pride of the Universe, the Holy Prophet Muhammad. All of them, as is the Way of Allah, failed miserably.
Recently, certain elements using freedom of conscious and freedom of speech as an excuse, have made an anti-Islam film either to show their malice towards Islam and the Holy Prophet, or maybe, to spread hatred against Islam. As a result of this, there has been a violent reaction among various organizations and countries. They, in order to vent their anger and displeasure, have resorted to furious protests, often leading to arson and destruction of private and public property. I always wonder that why don’t they try to give a satisfactory response to the criticism of the critics, and to make an effort to convey the true and real message of Islam to the World.
We’ve seen that every now and then some haters come up with some wicked idea to instigate and arouse emotions of Muslims around the world. Sometimes they show disrespect to the Holy Quran, few years back some newspapers in Scandinavian countries published blasphemous caricatures, and now an anti-Islam film’s trailer has been released. This shows how much they detest Muslims and Islam and how much malice they have for Islam.
It is these people, who are the perpetrators, but due to the wrong reaction of the Muslims, they appear to be the victims and the Muslims are deemed the villains. It is correct that a large majority of Muslims does not approve of the damage and destruction. Yet it is the leadership or a few roguish elements that brings the notoriety.
Burning of flags, creating turmoil, or going on strike is not a good way to protest. We should mould our attitude according to the Islamic values and teachings. Our response always should be such, which elegantly reflects the excellent personality and character of the Holy Prophet. We should tell the world about the character of the Excellent Exampler, the Holy Prophetsa particularly with regard to his mercy and love for humanity. We should enlighten the public, in each country, about the noble character of the Holy Prophetsa, and we ourselves also should try to become righteous and thus become a good Muslim.
It is not true that those who have not come out on road for protest and rallies are not concerned with the honor and respect of the Holy Prophetsa. Certainly, every Muslims heart is most aggrieved at this act, but it does not mean that anyone who rejects a violent protest and business strike should be accused of committing blasphemy. However, everyone’s mode of response is different. I would mention here that it will not be far-fetched, that as before, they will continue to make similar mischief time to time; that is, they will do something or the other that would again cause hurt to Muslims. Another objective behind this could be to use this as an excuse to put legal restrictions on Muslims, in particular those who have emigrated from the East, from the Indian sub-continent.
We should formulate our responses according to the Islamic values and teachings.
The response of a peaceful and true follower Holy Prophetsa is always the one that is lucid in conveying the blessed model and teachings of the Holy Prophet ; and lucid in, as well, presenting the teachings of the Holy Qur’an. Rather than be involved in subversive activities when faced with attacks on the blessed person of the Holy Prophetsa, we should turn to Allah and answer all the false allegations put against our Holy Prophetsa.
This is a matter that requires presenting the beautiful aspects of the life of the Holy Prophetsa to the world, and this cannot be achieved by damage and destruction. The Holy prophet was a Mercy of all mankind. While these people depict him in a manner that portrays a most hirrific concept. We have to tell the world about the blessed loving and compassionate model of the Holy Prophetsa. There could be absolutely no issue of terrorism or militancy, the Holy Prophetsa would always try to avoid war, untill the time when he came to Medina, and war was imposed on him. Then with Allah’s permission, war had to be faught in defence. Moreover, certainly, Holy Prophetsa was the greatest of all adherents of the Shariah that was revealed to him. It is extremely cruel to convey such disgraceful thoughts about him.
Muslims, in my humble opinion, should publish books, pamphlets, flyers and magazines and spread the beautiful teachings of the Holy Prophetsa , his excellent model, his high morals and civility, his compassion for people and for the creation of God, and that he was the personification of compassion and affection. If one book is written against Islam and Holy Prophetsa of Islam, or one movie is made by some sick mind, we should write ten more books or fill the YouTube with videos propagating the real face of Islam and the Holy Prophetsa.
However, while we have to impart the teachings of Islam and the blessed model of the Holy Prophet to the world, we also need to reform our deeds. It will be our deeds alone that shall silence the world and will play the most significant role in silencing the world.
I would say here, that whether you are Shias, Sunnis, Ahmadis, or you belong to any other sects of Islam; when the person of the Holy Prophet is attacked, rather than exhibiting momentary passion, burning flags, causing damage and destruction and attacking embassies, let us reform our own deeds instead, so that the others do not get a chance to point their finger at the entire Ummah. Do they believe that setting fires, God forbid, is all that demonstrates the honour and station of the Holy Prophet, and by burning flags or burning the property of an embassy they have had their reprisal? No! We are followers of the Holy Prophet, who came to put the fire out, who was the Ambassador of Love, was the Prince of Peace. So rather than take harsh actions, impart his beautiful teaching to the World.
In response to the release of the offensive movie’s trailer, each child, each elderly, each youth, each man and each woman among us should kindle a fire that would never extinguish. Not a fire to burn down the flag or property of a country that extinguishes in a few minutes or a few hours. In Muslim world, ignorant protestors show great enthusiasm in setting fires to foreign missions, cinemas, shops and banks, as if they have had a great achievement – this fire would extinguish in five minutes! The fire a true Muslim would light should be such that would blaze forever and that is the fire of love and devotion for the Holy Prophet, the fire to adopt each of his blessed models and demonstrate it to the world. Once this is inflamed in your hearts, it shall keep burning. This fire should be such that it would also be moulded in prayers with its flames ever reaching the heavens!

In no case can he be called pride of the universe.
It is this typical muslim propaganda which tries to prevent any criticism of Mohammad. and that causes muslims to become closed-minded fanatics and killers in the name of this Mohamad.
Mohammad was neither prophet nor last prophet. He has been made into one through heavy propaganda backed by violence, terror, bribery, heavy-handed laws, political manipulations etc.
The way muslims react when Mohamad is criticized (be it through some satyre) shows how islam has become a fascism.
Better human beings than Mohammad have lived on the earth before and after Mohammad. Muslims are terrorized or bribed into believing that Mohammad is better than all. Do muslims want to comne out of this craziness or not?

All these points are taken from http://www.alislam.org/library/books/TheBlessedModelAndCaricatures.pdf and are according to the teachings of Quran, where Allah says: “Call unto the way of thy Lord with wisdom and goodly exhortation, and argue with them in a way that is best. Surely, thy Lord knows best who has strayed from His way; and He knows those who are rightly guided.” (16:126)
and “And revile not those whom they call upon beside Allah, lest they, out of spite, revile Allah in their ignorance.” (6:109)

those tamed barbarians instilled such a life in the dying civilizations and greek science that lead to integration of scientific knowledge and development of scientific method of thinking,their works lead to renaisance of europe.The barbarians instead of being burden on the world became the providers.they were scattered ,fighting thieves now became the center of learning and culture.
But muslims after his death forgot his teachings very soon ,so we see all this mess.we forgot god and god forgot us.
Muhammad s.a accepted critisicsm whole heartedly and responded with great wisdom and kindness as never witnessed before e.g conquest of makah,the old that used to throw waste on you,hindah,musailma(i am biased? Qoute similar examples)….
So don’t blame muhammad s.a blame those bigots and hypocrites that don’t resemble him in any way…if he is to be followed,world will witness the formation of eden here on this earth..

I read an interesting theory once – which may well be true – that Allah created the universe from His noor, and that noor was Prophet Muhammad of Arabia. That puts the Prophet of Islam both logically and in status prior to the universe.
Frankly, this is a subject that I have not much thought about, but would love to hear your informed views. Thanks in advance if you do share your insights.

Anyone can construct such meaningless “poetic” sentences and rule over the minds of the foolish and the naive with the help of such sentences.
But such sentences lead to fascism in the name of some god or man.
Islam proves this.
Creation-myths are in thousands all over the world. Any sly person can create creation myths and mesmerize the foolish with them. These mesmerized people can be then used for violence and fascism.

lease read about Nur-e-Muhammadi… also read a book “Veneration of the Prophet of Islam” by ANnemarie Schimmel. You have to read Ibn Al Arabi.. (“Red Sulphur”) and Rumi (Mathnavi-e-Manavi).. and Divan-e-SHams.. to understand the reason for the Honour and Respect.. that the worldly form of Prophet Muhammad COMMANDS from Mankind.
Nur-e-Muhammadi was a tower of light.. that was PRE-CREATION of this universe and Adam ! Adam had saluted THIS light.. and all Prophets of ALlah.. have uttered “There is no God but ALlah – and Muhammad is His Prophet”.. and that included Sri Krishna and Gautama !
This light would have shone the same.. as it did.. had the Prophet been born in China ! GEOGRAPHY DOESNT MATTER AT ALL. It is the IDEAL.. that demolished the IDOL for ever.. and buried DUALITY FOR ALL TIME.
The life energy.. that resides in every living CELL.. that is Muhammad.. Muhammad is nothing but the life-source.. and life-nourishing energy. If you want it in simple terms.. let me say this : Muhammad is nothing but Muhabbat.

One doesn’t have to read ANY book except the Quran to appreciate the reasons for the honor and respect that the worldly form of Prophet Muhammad commands from Muslims, and in their view, from non-Muslims as well. One merely has to get the basic logic of Islam, without which Islam would be a meaningless religion.
Thanks for reminding me, though. It was in a piece by Annemarie Schimmel, probably published by UNC Chapel Hill where I first encountered this idea, and found it to be a natural Islamic way to conceive the reality around us.
Bur brother, I remember, Schimmel merely mentioned the idea, she did not defend it Islamically (she might have done so elsewhere, I haven’t read all her collected works.)
So some questions remain in my mind. Is this approaching close to shirk? Is this “Muhammad as the primordial light” idea an odd appropriation of pre-Islamic and unIslamic mystical thought into Islam. The last thing that a follower of islam wants to do is to continue perpetuating an error that might have been made centuries ago by some over-enthusiastic new convert on such important a matter as this.
What do you think?
BTW, I would emphasize that this is the reason why pure Quranists who wish to do away with the hadiths and the sunnah are merely deluding themselves.

We have had enough of muslims trying to capture public space in the name of their grand claims and myths.
Anyone can create grand stories and blackmail naive and timid humans into becoming mental slaves, terrorists and street gangsters (then they have the feeling that they are not timid or naive).
How long is mankind supposed to tolerate this street-ganster type nonsense?
Islamically, mankind has no choice but to either tolerate it or accept it. Non-Muslims cannot oppose it.
But help me here notabene, on what philosophical basis, can a Hindu oppose anything in Islam?

hinduism is not a finalized fossilzed religion. hence hindus have new knowledge about islam and new analyses about the world, which are also equally valid.
So a hindu does not have to point out to any OLD texts to validate his judgement of TODAY.
Today a hindu knows what fascism is and what havoc it can create and he knows that islam is fascist-totalitarian.
That is a correct and fair analysis and judgement.
What more do you need? A hindu hardly has to do any extra effort – the muslims are themselves proving that islam is thoroughly and inherently fascistic.

I think you are the easy way of fooling yourselves. Hinduism has become as ‘fossilized’ a religion today as any other. You are speaking of some fringe elements. Most Hindus will not listen to you because Hinduism itself has absolutely no philosophical basis for differentiating between religions. Let alone religions, Hinduism cannot differentiate between evil and good. You should try speaking to Hindus themselves to see how they respond.

I will not discuss that in the context of ‘opposition to Islam’ or anything else.
In general, ‘our’ ideas are rarely our own. We use pre-existing categories of thought to think and to communicate.
Huge categories of thought are very unclear in Hinduism. What is ‘wrong?’ What is evil? What can be universally opposed? What is the untruth? What can be legitimately rejected without feeling guilty? Why?
You can come up with your ‘individual’ answers to these questions. There are no “Hindu” answers that I know of. But would be most open to learning.

Basically you must realize that the word “hindu” is originally (since 500 BC) just a geographic multi-ethnic denotation.
It was muslims who used it to name a religion – supposedly one unified religion to detest, ridicule, slander, villify and humiliate!
Actually the hindus had many religions and sects originating over 3000 years over a huge area and initiated by hundreds of thousands of people.
So don’t try to reduce “hinduism” to some kind of an islam.

There is no one hindu answer to a question.
Islam is an attempt to enforce one 7th century answer to all questions of all human beings in the 21st century.
Example:
Pakistan’s Jinnahist slogan is “Unity, faith, discipline”. It is a very fascistic slogan – in the kuranic context it just means “Ummah, islam, jihad”.
–> Kuran x (Unity, faith, discipline) = (Ummah, islam, jihad)
Hinduism does not have such fascist unitarian slogans or answers.
