Why can’t Pakistan win

Prof Farakh A Khan : Pakistan’s 180 million people drew a massive zero in the Olympics. Since 1996 Atlanta Olympics in the last five meets Pakistan failed to win a single medal. Even war torn Afghanistan managed to win a medal in the last Olympics. Only our hockey team had qualified to compete in the Olympics the other few participants were wild cards. Have our experts drawn any conclusions from our miserable state in sports? We have an upgraded Sports Policy of 2005 (Source Internet 2012) produced by Pakistan Sports Board under the Government of Pakistan Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs.
